Boeing Begins 787 Dreamliner Pilot Training with Launch Customer ANA

Boeing says they have started 787 Dreamliner pilot training with the program’s launch customer ANA (All Nippon Airways). According to Boeing, ten ANA pilots began training in a Tokyo classroom earlier this month. Later, on 23 April 2011, training on simulation devices started at the Boeing Flight Services training campus in Seattle, Washington. Indian Airline SpiceJet Fires Fake Pilots

Published reports say that Indian Airline SpiceJet has suspended one active line airline pilot and fired two others for obtaining their jobs with fake documents. UPI claims the airline issued a statement that read in part, “Passi had been suspended from flying (on March 16) while we awaited the full investigations to be concluded.”
